Typhon

Typhon, one of the Titans encountered by Kratos in the series, makes his first appearance in God of War II: Divine Retribution. While the player does not directly fight Typhon as a boss, they are forced to avoid the Titan's numerous attacks in order to progress. Kratos eventually finds his way onto the face of Typhon, when he rips out part of his eye in order to gain the magical attack Typhon's Bane.

While Typhon swears revenge against Kratos, it is unknown what role, if any, the Titan will play in God of War III.
